Competitions will be held in three styles
Relief – combined – individual
Combination racing style
In this style, the strength, speed, physical endurance of the person should be checked
In the case of strength, one third of the body weight should be carried
For example, a person who weighs 60 kilos should carry a 20 kilo weight
: Allowed race distances
: 150 meters
50 meters weight bearing, 50 meters hurdles, 5 hurdles, 50 meters running
: 300 meters
100 meters weight bearing,100 meters hurdles, 5 hurdles,100 meters running
: 600 meters
200 meters weight bearing,200 meters hurdles, 5 hurdles,200 meters running
: 900 meters
300 meters weight bearing,300 meters hurdles, 8 hurdles,300 meters running
: 2700 meters
900 meters weight bearing,2900 meters hurdles, 10 hurdles,900 meters running
: Mixed competitions with body weight
