HOW TO REGISTER FOR EVENTS
For Individual Athletes:
Step 1: Ensure your WFRF membership is active (Athlete ID Card must be valid)
Step 2: Register through your National Federation
Step 3: If your country has no WFRF representative, contact us directly at events@fitnessrunning.org
For National Federations:
Use the Member Portal at members.fitnessrunning.org to submit your athlete entries
For Iranian Athletes:
Register through Iran representative Ahmad Hamami at iri@fitnessrunning.org or call +989360847117

IMPORTANT DATES – REGISTRATION DEADLINES
All WFRF events have registration deadlines 60 days before event date.
Example: For World Championships on May 15, registration closes on March 15
Late registrations are accepted only if slots remain, with a $50 late fee

SUBMIT YOUR EVENT FOR ACCREDITATION
Do you want your event to be added to the WFRF Calendar?
Your event must meet the following requirements:
· Course measured to international standards
· Minimum 1 WFRF-certified official present
· Medical team and ambulance on site
· Results submitted within 24 hours
Apply for event accreditation: Send your application to events@fitnessrunning.org at least 90 days before your planned event date
Accreditation fee per event: $149 USD
