WORLD FITNESS RUNNING FEDERATION Educational
Statutes of the World Fitness Running Federation
ConstitutionWorld Fitness Running Federation (WFRF)
Fitness Running has two separate sections:
1- Running Section :
1- Street Running
2- Beach Running
3- Electronic Treadmill Running
4- Combined Running
2- Fitness Section :
1- Classic Fitness
2- Modeling Fitness
3- Combined Fitness
4- Style Fitness
5- Pro Fit Fitness
Fitness Running is a complete fitness system similar to Functional Fitness and CrossFit;
however, our major difference is that we do not rely on expensive equipment or heavy tools.
In Fitness Running, the focus is on combining running, strength training, endurance work, mobility, and functional movements, but all performed with minimal or no equipment. With just a pair of running shoes, resistance bands, a few cones — or even with bodyweight alone — we can deliver a full, scientific, and high-performance training program.
The key advantage of Fitness Running:
Anyone, at any level, in any environment — gym, park, beach, home, track, or street — can easily perform the workouts.
This makes it a global, accessible, cost-effective, and body-driven fitness discipline.
Fitness Running = Strength + Speed + Endurance + Mobility + Functional Skills
All without expensive gear, without complexity, and with maximum results.
