How to register

Start date: 05 February 1403

End of the course: February 10, 1403

Class duration: 7 sessions, 4 hours, 30 theory and 30 practical hours, total class 60 hours.

Capacity: 30 people

Course tuition: 8,000,000 Tomans equivalent to 100 dollars

Time of holding classes: one week from 17:00 to 23:00 + carousel which is practical

Note: A 10% discount is for those who have participated in five free prerequisite workshops.

The title of the fitness running coaching training course:

 

First session: Getting to know fitness running and its application in professional sports
The second session: Getting to know the rules and competitions of fitness and kinesiology running styles
The third session: Linear vector analysis of Kinovia software – working with the instructor’s assistant software
Fourth session: Anatomy and kinesiology of the body
Fifth session: Physiology of exercise in line with strength, speed and endurance exercises

Sixth session: effective communication and professional ethics, coaching philosophy and principles of professional education
Seventh session: sports rights and contract regulation in basic sports
Eighth session: Development of psychological mental skills
Ninth session: teaching development skills and movement learning in line with children’s sports training, physical protection in fitness running
10th session: finding talent in basic sports

11th session: Designing educational planning exercise 1
The twelfth session: Designing an educational planning exercise 2
Thirteenth session: healthy sports nutrition
14th session: Doping is prohibited
Session 15: The principles of designing training with plyometric tools – working with Pilates and
Session 16: Biomechanical analysis of movement skills in endurance, speed and physical strength 1
